Meine Name ist Svenja und ich bin Kulturweberin bzw. -Managerin aus Leidenschaft.
Schon als Kind faszinierten mich Theater, Museen und Musik, sodass ich jeweils eifrig mein Taschengeld für die nächsten Aufführungen und Ausstellungen sparte.
Von der Welt der Kultur völlig verzaubert, hält meine Begeisterung bis heute an.
Als ehemalige stellvertretende Theaterleiterin der La Cappella in Bern begleitete ich kulturelle Projekte mit Organisationstalent und lösungsorientiertem Handeln. Ich liebe es, Künstler*innen, Projekte und Publikum zu verknüpfen und Kultur erlebbar zu machen.
In meiner beruflichen Laufbahn habe ich neben der Theaterwelt auch im Zirkus (Circus Conelli) und als gelernte Lehrerin in Schulen auf verschiedenen Kontinenten gearbeitet. Dadurch konnte ich wertvolle Erfahrungen in Projektplanung, Eventmanagement, Digitalisierung, Budgetverwaltung und Kommunikation sammeln sowie ein nationales und internationel Netzwerk aufbauen.
Um mein Wissen zu erweitern, beginne ich 2026 ein Master-Fernstudium in Kulturmanagement an der Hochschule für Theater und Musik in Hamburg.
Die Kulturweberei entstand aus der Überzeugung, dass Kultur das Gewebe einer lebendigen, offenen und vielfältigen Gesellschaft und deshalb unabdingbar ist. Sie verbindet Menschen, Momente und Emotionen – und lässt Bedeutung entstehen. Mit der Kulturweberei möchte ich diese kulturellen Fäden stärken und Projekte mit Herz, Tiefe und Professionalität begleiten. Zur Seite steht der Kulturweberei der Rechtsanwalt Marvin Finger.

My name is Svenja, and I am a cultural weaver and manager.
Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated by plays, museums, and concerts— I would eagerly save my pocket money for the next performances and exhibitions. Enchanted by the world of culture from the start, my enthusiasm has never faded.
As the former deputy theatre director of La Cappella in Bern, I accompanied cultural projects with organizational talent and a solution-oriented approach. I love connecting artists, projects and audiences.
Throughout my career, I have worked not only in the theatre world but also in the circus (Circus Conelli) and as a trained teacher in schools on various continents. These experiences have allowed me to develop valuable skills in project planning, event management, digitalisation, budget management, and communication — while building both a national and international network.
The Kulturweberei was born from the conviction that culture is the fabric of a vibrant, open, and diverse society — and therefore is indispensable. It connects people, moments, and emotions... while creating meaning along the way. With Kulturweberei, I aim to strengthen these cultural threads and support projects with heart, depth, and professionalism. The cultural weaving is supported by the lawyer Marvin Finger.
